The most fun and surprising things our people discovered

“For all the time I’ve been working here I saw my team from the shoulders up on video calls.”

1. In real life, the person behind the screen might be completely different from what you’d imagined. We wish we’d managed to capture a video of our people meeting an engineer who turned out to be 190cm tall. It was a great surprise because he usually showed only his head during video calls.
2. Everyone has different interests and senses of humor—and that’s what makes things interesting. At the Jobbatical Summit, we used games to get to know each other. We found out that some of us are dance machines, some are sauna friends, and some can come up with incredibly creative ideas to solve difficult tasks on the spot.
