Rammusaid pastasid ja pitsasid me aga proovida ei tahtnud, vaid soovisime saada uusi maitseelamusi, mis meid kargest veebruarikuisest Eestist Itaaliasse lennutaks.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Hardi avastas, et Tallinnas on uksed avanud Bart piano bar, kus tegutseb t\u00e4itsa p\u00e4ris itaallane Tommaso, kes pealekauba m\u00e4ngib ka klaverit ja laulab. Kutsusime Tommaso endale k\u00fclla ning tal oli kohe varukast v\u00f5tta erinevaid huvitavaid men\u00fc\u00fc-ideid oma kodukandi k\u00f6\u00f6gitraditsioonist.\u00a0K\u00e4isime kindluse m\u00f5ttes Eve ja Ingega vanalinnas Bartis toite eelnevalt proovimas \u2013 tunniajase degusteerimise j\u00e4rel veeresime kaks numbrit suurematena Bartist v\u00e4lja, sest pakutu oli lihtsalt ebareaalselt hea!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Kui keegi juhuslikult satub &#8220;p\u00e4ris&#8221; Itaaliasse, siis kindlasti soovitame teistelgi proovida neid maitseid, mida Tommaso meile valmistas:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><em><strong>\u2028Roheline salat krevettide ja maasikatega<\/strong><\/em> \u2013 Itaalias tehakse seda salatit alati v\u00e4rskete krevettidega, mis annab kogu salatile hoopis teise \u201chingamise\u201d, aga ilmselgelt Eestis neid kusagilt p\u00fc\u00fcda ei saa. M\u00f5nus v\u00e4rske amps \u00f5htu alustuseks.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Meie kontori naiste vaieldamatu lemmik <em><strong>Olive ascolane<\/strong><\/em> \u2013 leivapuru sees frit\u00fc\u00fcritud oliivipall, millel sisemuseks kas veise-, sea- v\u00f5i kanaliha ning parmesan.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Sitsiliia k\u00f6\u00f6gi juurtega <strong><em>Arancini siciliani<\/em><\/strong> \u2013 maitsvad riisipallid, mille sisse tavaliselt lisatakse prosciutto, mozzarella ja valge be\u0161amellkaste. Frit\u00fc\u00fcrides muutuvad need p\u00e4ris tugevalt oran\u017eiks ja sellep\u00e4rast kutsutakse neid Itaalias \u201cv\u00e4ikseks apelsiniks\u201d. Sobivad ju meie kontoriroaks ideaalselt.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong><em>Arrosticini<\/em> <\/strong>on Tommaso kodukandist p\u00e4rit grillitud lammas, mida ta Eestis olles v\u00e4ga igatseb. Eestlasena marinaadist n\u00f5retavat liha armastades on raske uskuda, et seda lammast\u00a0 maitsestati ainult soolaga.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Pearoaks oli <em><strong>Melanzane alla parmigiana<\/strong><\/em> \u2013 lasanjelaadne roog, kuid pasta asemel on kasutatud hoopiski bakla\u017eaani.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Ja \u00f5htu naelaks oli loomulikult <em><strong>tiramisu<\/strong><\/em>, mis otset\u00f5lkes t\u00e4hendab \u201ct\u00f5mba mind \u00fcles\u201d . See tiramisu virgutas meid k\u00f5iki k\u00fcll v\u00e4ga k\u00f5rgele, sest nii mahlast ja rammusat Itaalia ampsu ei leia k\u00fcll Eestis mitte kusagilt.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Toiduelamusi saatis laul ja meeleolukas klaverimuusika ning mida \u00f5htu edasi, seda hoogsamaid itaalia hitte rahvas n\u00f5udis. Ja Tommaso ei j\u00e4\u00e4nud ka nootigi v\u00f5lgu. Naeru ja jutuvada j\u00e4tkus varaste hommikutundideni. T\u00f5desime taaskord, et meil on fantastilised s\u00f5brad ja kliendid!
